Description <div>The purpose of this position is to Project Manage the system replacement of the end to end infrastructure supporting the sourcing and distribution of market rates and the independent pricing verification function, this will involve the re-engineering of processes and integration of new technology across middle office and market risk. </div> <div>You will play a leading business role in the analysis of Major Information Technology solution to enable the development business process and/or technical solutions. </div> Documenting and proposing technical solutions based on requirements across external parties such as customers, prospects and partners; and internal parties such as Development team, Sales and Business Development teams Development of high level and detailed functional designFacilitating agreement amongst stakeholders such as the Development team, IT, Sales, Business Development, Product Management and Marketing as to how the product should be designed Overseeing and managing Technology projects including strategic and client funded product development projects, operations projects and integration projects Ensuring projects are delivered within agreed schedule Managing the Product's changing requirements through inception, launch, maturity and decommission phases. Requirements Project Management experience from medium to large projects involving cross functional teams and end to end process changeVendor Management Investment Banking Experience - Middle Office / Product Control or Market Risk Extensive Project Management & Business Process Re-engineering experience Strong communication and engaging interpersonal skills Project management qualifications or formal training Facilitation of business solution workshops involving participants from all levels
