Sustained growth has resulted in the creation of a new Transaction Management role within the expanding Retirement Services division Reporting to the Commercial Manager and working closely with key internal and external stakeholders you will take ownership of short-term and strategic transactions with a particular focus on the acquisition and development of a portfolio of retirement properties. This is a challenging and varied role that requires a driven, innovative and results orientated individual. Core responsibilities include * reviewing and developing proposals in relation to asset acquisitions * undertaking due diligence for prospective deals * executing and implementing property acquisition contracts * undertake detailed financial, industry and competitor analysis * liasing with Group Finance and financial institutions for project funding * providing insight into transaction strategies for business development and existing business
Candidates Candidates must bring experience in transaction analysis and execution; whilst experience from property or retirement industries will be very highly regarded. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required for liasing with advisors and presenting proposals to the board. Tertiary qualified you will bring complex financial modelling and financing that could have been obtained from a similar in-house corporate finance function.
