Reporting to our Agency Manager, this role will be based in the Melbourne CBD This is a busy and varied role and responsibilities will include: • Liaising with clients • Processing advertising copy & bookings • Contribute towards maximizing sales & revenue opportunities by providing administration and sales support to the sales team • Close liaison with senior management, production ,administration & editorial staff • Co-ordinating campaigns • Liaising with photographers • Assisting sales staff with servicing existing client base and inbound sales queries
The successful applicant he successful applicant will have outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work as part of a team. A good working knowledge of software packages such as Excel and Word. Training of the usage of several internal software systems will be provided.
