This role as Business Unit Manager in Victoria will require you to have necessary skills and experience, to successfully manage and drive forward to operation of our partners Victorian Masonary Division. You will be results focused with outstanding reputation for delivery high quality products, coupled with demonstrable commitment to health and safety, have a history of achievement in cost control reduction and be a strong people manager.
Experience
Your stay will be consultative, engaging and your approach will enable you to gain the support of your management and team. Ideally you will be responsible for:


* Full Profit & Loss
* You will have exposure to manufacturing or construction
* Be able to motivate a team
* Understand cost reduction
* Able to set KPI'S to then drive bottom line revenue further.


Based in the South Eastern suburbs offering $125K package negotiable + bonus, and the opportunity to progress within an Australian Blue Chip company, this role is ideal for the driven Business Manager.
