Upgraded version (45.5.8) does not work  (United States)
This message will be vague because I don't even know where to start.
 
I upgraded Bulk Email within the last two weeks.
 
For the last year I have sent out a newsletter by uploading a MS Word Email and sending it out with no issues.  Now when I go to send out the exact same email it fails to deliver but it doesn't give me any reasons why.
 
I didn't change any settings - just uploaded latest version 45.5.8
 
Your quick suggestions will be very welcome

Did you upgrade to 45.05.58, because that was released today. There was an issue with 45.05.51 that is more in line with the time you mention.
 
Might be best if you contact us directly and provide host login so we can see what is going on.
 
Have you checked STMP settings in the module, as these have changed and your past settings may have been dropped.

Thank you for the very quick response.  I will upgrade to the 45.05.58 and see if that makes a difference.
 
On the STMP settings - that could be an issue because I had to get some special dispensation in order to send it out through the university -- and I can't find any of that information back in my emails.
 
For now I will try the new upload and let you know more.

I upgraded and reran my test. . . failed again with sending the word doc - 2003 format.  Let me know direct email and I will send you my log on info.

We found the problem here. The user had set the retry attempts away fromt he default to a value of 0. This caused the module to not deliver.
 
We are updating in our net release to make this not a valid setting.
