Error with 500 error (N/A)

I am trying to upload a .flv file to the flash module and keep getting this error from site:

500 Server Error

(An error occured during processing)

What do I need to change to make this upload work?

This is likely caused by the .flv file type not beein permitted under the host settings for files able to be uploaded to the website.

ave a look in the host settings area of your web and ensure that this is a permitted file type.
