Cannot install keep geting this error (United States)

Failure	Did not find any .dnn file ???
Failure	ExceptionSystem.Exception: File load failed, aborting at DotNetNuke.Modules.Admin.ResourceInstaller.PaInstaller.ReadZipStream() at DotNetNuke.Modules.Admin.ResourceInstaller.PaInstaller.Install()

Are you installing this on a Go-Daddy server or other similar host service provider?

Curtisallen, i think you may be attempting to install the "Silverlight Media Player 43.01.05 PA Download.zip" file rather than extracting that "Download" zip file's contents. In there you will find the Module PA.zip file to install.

Let us know how you go.

I t would help us if you are able to cut us host access for a short time. We have not seen this issue before and would like to login as host and attempt the install our selves.

How would you feel about this?
