ErrorCode: 4001 (Greece)

Hi,

I have just buy this module and i get the following error.

Can somebody help me with this?

My dnn version is 2005.

Silverlight error message

ErrorCode: 4001
ErrorType: MediaError

Message: 4001 An error has occurred.

This is usually an error when a codex or format of video is not supported by Silverlight. You can find details here:

Not all type of videos can be played.

Make sure the videos can be played in Silverlight Media Player control.
