Page Load Error when no e-mail recipient is defined!  (Switzerland)
The latest Feedback Designer 45.05.21 fails when there's no e-mail recipient defined!

Can you please clarify what you mean by e-mail recipient defined.
 
The e-mail field is ordinarily and mandatory field however it can be hidden. Have you hidden this field or somehow removed it from the form?
