Form not sending all selected values  (United States)

I purchased this assuming that everything worked properly, when a form is submitted that has check box's not all the boxes checked are sent in the Email. All the values are in the db, just not in the Email...

Re: Form not sending all selected values  (Australia)
That's a bug in the latest release that includes the HTML formatting.

Turn off the HTML formatted email option and you will be gold. A patched release will be next week.

Sorry it was notfixed yet.  Our development team is on holidays.

No it has not.. we have had some annual leave interupt this process. We expect the fix next few days.

For the short term, you can disable the HTML and the normal plain text function will work fine.

Ok, its been another week. Any updates yet!
And yes I could turn off HTML but then there is no formating.
I'd like this to work as it should.

We fixed the problem last week in .54 version.  Posted it on snow and sent it to people who purchased via our system... where did you buy it?

You know what! now I'm really pissed!!! you could have posted another response in this thread. I checked in with you people continually and have been more than patient in waiting for a status and I get Oh we fixed that last week “WTF”. I don’t know who you updated, but I did not get and have no indication of any fix from Snowcovered's website.

Also I am not comfortable posting any of my purchase information in an open forum, you could at least have a decent help ticket system to track and respond to issues securely.

We have posted the fix updates with Snow, and continue to do so with all our patches. I am now sure why you cannot see this on snow.

Rather than flame us, why don't you just use the Contact Us from from this website and make direct email contact with us.

Once we validate your purchase via Snow, we will email you the update module.
