Thank you for your reply. Unfortunately I am still having trouble.
1. I verified with my admin that the SMTP relay should work.
2. I have ticked human response mode.
3. If it makes any difference, I am able to tick "Send Copy" and have the form sent to external addresses.
4. I still cannot get the auto email to send under any conditions. It does not go out to internal or external email addresses. I have tried many combinations of settings and checked my spam folder.
Is there a way to diagnose why it is not working? To tell whether it is being blocked or not sending at all?
