Urgent - blank licensing page  (United Kingdom)
We've had a site go live on a trial license and  now have  the trial expiration notice on the homepage (!)

I'm trying to run the licensing page from the module's drop down, but just get an empty module with no fields or text so it appears I'm now unable to license this product.

The site is running on dnn 5.5. I've already tried using the module on a hidden simple page with no other modules but still the same problem
I saw the trial version was 55.06.06 and have since downloaded and installed 55.06.07 with the hope this would allow me to access the licensing page but it doesn't.

Hi there,

Sorry to press but this is kind of urgent. The site is live and we've had to remove your module until we can find a way of applying a license. 

Is this a known issue with a fix? Is there another way of applying a license?

Please respond asap...

Please ensure that you have the latest version of the module. This should address this issue.

Updated are free from our site.

You'll see from my first post that I've already tried several things, including downloading the latest free trial version.

This hasn't helped. Any other suggestions?

There are two released that have just gone up. Please get the 55.06.09 version.

Still not seeing any screens for licensing. I've uploaded the 55.06.09 trial (showing under the InteractiveWebs tab), cleared my cache, restarted the sql server and reset iis but still nothing. 

Are you sure this is dnn 5.5 compatible?

Sure is. Better use our contact us page to provide a host login and URL. So we can work out what is going on.

Ok, found something that caused a bug under certain conditions. We released an update and loaded it to your site.
