Multiple accounts with same email address  (Israel)
Some members have multiple accounts. They have the same email for each.

Is there a way to have them presented with all accounts to select the correct one on login?

Re: Multiple accounts with same email address  (Australia)
We had this on earlier versions, but dumped it in place of some other features that make it very hard to include in the current version.

What exactly would you see as the method that it is used?

I saw the email template in setup  but there was no documentation. Now I understand why :-)

It really isn't critical. Perhaps instead of sending multiple emails on password reminder if there are multiple accounts to send one with all listed.

The module is a great value as it is!

Re: Multiple accounts with same email address  (Fiji)
Is is always a balance between features and ease of use.

The template stuff has some instructions, but basically the assumption is that you know HTML well. It is a feature for people how know what they are doing. If we had instructions for all the possible things you could do with it, we would be writing an HTML / CSS book.

We just add the feature and if you know HTML well you can rip up some great stuff.

Personally I am not that good at it, but those who work for us do know it and have no trouble.
