Can you confirm that if you use a browser other than Chrome, the feature works?
Our Silverlight story has changed since we last responded to you. Going forward we will not be working with Microsoft Silverlight any more. The technology has been mostly dropped by Microsoft and the future of applications that use the product are being steered towards mobile devices by Microsoft. The problem is with that, the only mobile platform to support the technology is MS Mobile. As such, the Silverlight Experiment is somewhat dead in the Internet Community.
We have a new video product that uses feeds from youtube to pull data in put it into a DNN website. Not released to the public, but you can see it in use at: http://www.networkyou.org in all the video listings and feeds.
If you would like a copy activated on your licensed silverlight video library domains, please contact us using our contact us page, and include reference to this thread URL, and details about the email address used for your product licensing.
Thanks and sorry for the silverlight issue you experienced.
