I seem to having challenges with the activation step. The module currently has the Trial Mode box at the top with two options:
1. Request Activation Key
-> I have tried this multiple times with my email account and received no emails.
2. Apply Activation Key
-> this just has a text box to enter an activation key, which I don't have yet.

The ? icon takes me to this page:

Of which doesn't seem to provide anything specific to my account and/or purchase.

Am I missing the place where I can enter my email in the module, or how to receive the activation key by email?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

As noted this was resolved.

I wanted to point out that the support received on my issue was not only responsive, initial response within 5 minutes of request!, it was efficient, the problem was completely resolved within 1 hour of initial request. And considering, this was not an issue with the module at all, but, my hosting company's configuration.

Overall outstanding support!
