(FYI: There's a typo in the text: "Lincese" should be "License".)
So the problem still exists. I have suppressed it using the technique described in the post that you removed. But if you "View Source" on this Industries page on IE 9 or Firefox 18 on Windows, you should be able to find the message in the HTML.
If you need any more detail or help reproducing the problem, please let me know. For now, I can live with the solution I have devised.
