If a number of different people enter positions, will they only be able to edit their own postings? I will have multiple departments entering their positions and I don't want them messing with each others postings.

 

Also, what is the purpose of the module on the left aside from searching. Are these most recent or featured positions. It seems redundent to have them repeated. It would be great if there was a most recent or featured module that could be put on the home page.
