Yes it will.
Either the license file for the domain exists in the module folder, and will work when that domain is used to access the module.
or
If the file has been deleted, the first hit on the licensed domain, will cause the module to ask the license server if the domain is active. This will cause the license server to issue a new license file, and the that will be saved to your server.
