MS CRM 4.0 Outlook Client Keeps logging off CRM server

After you install the outlook client for Microsoft CRM and access CRM items from outlook, the system loggs you off and greys out the crm menu in outlook.

the reported message is that 'you have sucessfully signed out' from the icon at the bottom right of your screen that indicates connection to the CRM server.


This is a really easy fix! The problem is because the date and time on the computer you are using does not match the date / time on the server.

Check and fix the date / time on your local computer.

  • Close outlook
  • Open outlook and sign in
  • Your problmes should now be gone.
